Monitoring
We identified a recent change in Google Meet that's impacting Gong recorder ability to join and record Google Meet meetings. Our engineering teams have implemented multiple improvements to address the issue and restore service reliability.
Currently, Gong is successfully recording the vast majority of Google Meet meetings. Even though multiple meetings may still be affected, we are closely monitoring performance and continuing to deploy enhancements to further improve reliability and return the service to full operational capacity. As a backup, we recommend manually recording your meeting so you can upload it afterward in case the call wasn’t captured by Gong.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue impacting Google Meet recordings. During this time, some Google Meet calls may not be recorded. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
