Users may be experiencing significant slowness in Gong, and account search on the home page may not be functioning as expected. The following Gong components are affected: Account Salesforce, Contacts Salesforce, Lead Salesforce. There is no impact to call recordings, and there is no risk of data loss. Our teams are working quickly to investigate and address the issue.
